**About the Role**

We are engaging **PhD-level Psychology professionals with Cantonese and English fluency** to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your expertise to analyze psychological content, develop **culturally sensitive scenarios**, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for **accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices**. No prior AI experience is required — your professional psychology expertise is what matters most.

**SENIORITY:** PhD / Experienced Psychology Professional

**LANGUAGE:** Cantonese — native or near-native; English — fluent

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing nuanced professional feedback.
-   Develop **culturally appropriate psychological scenarios and materials** in Cantonese and English.
-   Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for **accuracy, ethical considerations, and adherence to professional best practices**.
-   Review how psychological concepts and assessments are represented across Cantonese and English.
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
-   Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
-   Identify cultural, linguistic, or contextual issues that could affect the interpretation of psychological content.
-   Help improve AI systems' ability to understand and generate high-quality psychology-related content.

## Requirements

-   **PhD in Psychology** or a closely related psychology discipline.
-   Demonstrated experience in **clinical and/or academic psychology**.
-   Native or near-native **Cantonese** proficiency.
-   Strong **English** proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts accurately.
-   Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and ethical decision-making skills.
-   Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating **psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials**.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
