## Description

Symmetrio is recruiting for a **Territory Manager** - Neurosurgery (Los Angeles) on behalf of a confidential medical device company. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across an assigned Southern California territory.

This role is best suited for a medical device sales professional with experience selling into **neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty**, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving physicians, clinical teams, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be based in **Los Angeles County.**

### Responsibilities

-   Drive revenue growth and meet territory sales goals.
-   Build relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative stakeholders.
-   Identify new sales opportunities and support product adoption within target accounts.
-   Present product value, clinical benefits, and economic impact to key decision-makers.
-   Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles from prospecting through close.
-   Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
-   Partner with internal clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support account growth.
-   Represent the company at hospital meetings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events.

### Compensation

$150,000 base salary + $150,000 variable compensation at plan

OTE: $300,000

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
-   5+ years of medical device sales experience.
-   Experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty preferred.
-   Proven success managing complex physician and hospital sales cycles.
-   Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-   Ability to analyze markets, develop territory strategy, and manage multiple priorities.
-   Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
-   Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
-   Ability to travel 50%+ as needed.
