**What You’ll Do:**

-   Provide individualized, in-home nursing care
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-   Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
-   Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan
-   Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans is a plus
-   Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus
-   Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes, are a plus
-   Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting, is a plus
