## Description

Syler Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, TX. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care and customer service to our community’s pets and their owners.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide warm and friendly service to clients both over the phone and in person.
-   Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
-   Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and treatments.
-   Process payments and manage financial transactions.
-   Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records.
-   Educate pet owners on clinic policies and wellness care.
-   Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming.
-   Assist in other administrative duties as needed.
-   Cleaning and assisting in kennel area as needed.

**Compensation & Other Benefits:**

-   Payrate: $13 - $16/hr - Depending on experience

**Qualifications**

-   **Experience & Education:** High School Diploma + Prior experience 1 year as CSR is required
-   **Skills:** Strong diagnostic, technical, and communication abilities.
-   **Mindset:** A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
-   **Physical Ability:** Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
