We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

### What You’ll Be Doing

• Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms  
• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online channels  
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles  
• Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit  
• Reach out to candidates through messages and email  
• Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs  
• Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)  
• Strong research and internet navigation skills  
• Detail-oriented and highly organized  
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines  
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

### Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Internship or exposure to recruitment or sourcing  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or job platforms  
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search or sourcing techniques
