### The Role

This is a B2B, relationship-driven outside sales role in the disaster restoration industry.

You’ll build a referral partner and commercial client network who consistently send business your way, including:

-   Insurance Agents & Adjusters
-   Plumbers, HVAC & Contractors
-   Property Managers
-   Facility Managers

You are not chasing one-off deals—you are building a repeatable pipeline through trust and positioning.

### What You’ll Do

-   Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming
-   Conduct in-person meetings and relationship development
-   Run consultative conversations, not product pitches
-   Track pipeline and activity in CRM
-   Work closely with operations to ensure strong outcomes
-   Consistently build toward predictable deal flow

-   A real referral network producing opportunities
-   Consistent weekly meetings
-   A visible, growing pipeline
-   Income trending toward six figures

## Requirements

### Who Succeeds

-   2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
-   Holds a valid driver’s license
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Comfortable building a territory from zero is a plus
-   Strong networking and relationship-building ability, especially in building referral partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and similar local contacts
-   Experience with sales tools such as CRM systems, pipeline tracking tools, or mobile field-sales apps is a plus
