This position is perfect for those who excel in providing top-notch customer service and technical support to Dutch-speaking clients. As a remote support specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries and technical issues.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers through various remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
-   Provide clear guidance and walk customers through troubleshooting processes efficiently.
-   Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and record all interactions accurately in the support management system.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly.
-   Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and to assess satisfaction with the service received.
-   Stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices to enhance your support capabilities.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
-   Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
-   Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
-   Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
