## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Turkish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of our digital platforms. You will monitor content, investigate safety incidents, and collaborate with teams to uphold community guidelines and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential violations of safety and trust policies.
-   Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents to assess and resolve safety concerns.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital safety policies.
-   Analyze safety incidents and trends and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
-   Stay current with digital safety developments and implement best practices to mitigate risks.
-   Communicate with users to promote safe online behaviors and raise awareness of potential risks.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively manage user interactions and safety issues.
-   Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
-   Familiarity with digital safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
