- Serve as the primary contact across all affiliate networks, overseeing the distribution of leads, monitoring payments, decline rates, profitability, and ensuring established processes are understood by the Partnerships and Sales Executives.
- Attend client meetings where appropriate, helping to build relationships and secure future business, additionally upsell to existing clients should the opportunity arise whilst project managing campaigns
- Track performance and spend of Fixed Fee and Strategic Partnerships campaigns to deliver the best results for clients and Immediate. This includes identifying challenges and risks that may arise. Other duties will include providing analysis on new versus repeat bookings, yields and average spend.
- Perform monthly audit reports that include and are not limited to retailer declines, payments, profit tracking and workflow efficiencies.
- Be an expert across multiple affiliate networks and platforms including Tableau, Monday.com, Basecamp, Google analytics, Sharepoint and other Project Management tools
- Build relationships with clients to secure future bookings and returning business
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring that people and projects are not inadvertently siloed and always encourage cross-department collaboration.
