## Description

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a manufacturer and regional licensee of Sealy Inc., producing premium mattress and bedding products for customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA market. As part of the consumer goods sector, the company combines a well-established global brand with strong regional market knowledge to deliver quality products and a consistent retail experience.

This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial performance across a growing retail operation, helping shape sales strategy, strengthen partner relationships, and support continued market growth. The Sales Manager will play a central role in turning sales insights into action, leading teams to deliver results, and ensuring strong coordination across stores, key accounts, and leadership stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
-   Lead, coach, and monitor store sales teams across assigned locations.
-   Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
-   Build strong relationships with key retail partners and major accounts.
-   Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.

## Requirements

-   10 years of experience in retail management, including multi-store retail oversight or managing store teams across several locations.
-   Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
-   Experience in bedding or mattress products specifically, or in the broader home furnishings sector.
-   Strong working knowledge of Excel for forecasting, ERP systems, CRM tools, and retail sales reporting dashboards.
-   Experience managing key retail partners, distributors, and major accounts.
-   Fluency in Arabic and English.
-   Saudi or Lebanese national.
-   Willingness to travel occasionally across store locations or regional accounts.
