## Description

**Physical Therapist Opportunity**

**Location:** Lee’s Summit, Missouri  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 1–2 patients per hour  
**Compensation:** $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience

**Position Overview**

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Lee’s Summit, MO. This role is designed for a PT who wants to provide thoughtful, structured care with enough time to properly support each patient.

You will work with patients who need help improving mobility, managing pain, recovering from injury, building strength, and returning to regular daily activity. The pace allows you to focus on treatment quality, education, documentation, and steady patient progress.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Complete initial evaluations and gather patient history, symptoms, and functional goals
-   Build treatment plans that support mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and pain reduction
-   Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement activities
-   Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practice
-   Teach patients proper movement techniques and home exercise routines
-   Review patient progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
-   Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all visits

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
-   Must hold or be eligible for a Missouri PT license
-   New graduates may be considered
-   Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, rehab, or similar clinical settings is helpful
-   Comfortable treating patients with different mobility, pain, and recovery needs
-   Strong time management, communication, and clinical documentation skills
