### Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled **ServiceNow Developer** to join our client’s team in Singapore on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including **Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB**.
-   Configure and customize workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts using ServiceNow platform tools.
-   Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and stability.
-   Provide **Level 2 support** for ServiceNow-related issues.
-   Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using **REST and SOAP APIs**.
-   Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.
-   Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to development best practices.

### Required Skills & Experience

-   **2–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development**.
-   Experience working with ServiceNow releases such as **London, Paris, or Queensland**.
-   Strong knowledge of **JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs**.
-   Experience in **REST and SOAP integrations**.
-   Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Good communication and collaboration skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   **ServiceNow Certified Application Developer** or equivalent certification.
-   Prior experience working with **ITIL processes**.
