## Description

We are seeking **Customer Care Executives (CEs)** for the JTI project in Greece. This is a **dynamic, multilingual role** combining **inbound and outbound customer support**.

Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is the international division of Japan Tobacco, a leading manufacturer of tobacco products. Headquartered in Switzerland, JTI operates in 120 countries, employing around 46,000 people. The company develops and produces **heated tobacco devices, vaping products, and nicotine pouches**.

### Key Responsibilities

**Outbound (Proactive Care)**

-   Deliver exceptional consumer experiences
-   Conduct post-purchase follow-ups and retention efforts
-   Engage users for feedback, trade-in & adoption initiatives
-   Cross-sell and upsell products
-   Update CRM systems with consumer interactions

**Inbound (Reactive Care)**

-   Provide first-contact resolution for inquiries and technical support
-   Troubleshoot heated tobacco devices (charging, heating, stick compatibility)
-   Guide consumers on proper usage, maintenance, and best practices
-   Process warranty claims, replacements, and returns
-   Handle complaints empathetically and escalate when required
-   Educate consumers on devices, accessories, and stick options

## Requirements

-   German: C1/C2 level (mandatory)
-   English: Minimum B2 for training and operations
-   Experience: 1+ years in customer service preferred (tobacco, vape, or tech support is a plus)
-   Advanced PC skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
-   Familiarity with social media & review platforms
-   Strong oral and written communication
-   High Emotional Intelligence & solution-oriented mindset
