## Description

Salary Range  
  
\- $4000-$6000

Job Responsibilities  
  
\- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior design projects.  
\- Handle the full sales process from initial consultation to quotation, negotiation, and closing.  
\- Meet and communicate with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.  
\- Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.  
\- Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.  
\- Prepare basic interior design or construction drawings when required.  
\- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.  
\- The ability to prepare 3D visualisations or renderings would be an added advantage.  
  
Requirements  
  
\- Relevant experience in Interior Design, ID Company Sales, or Interior Design Sales.  
\- Strong sales and communication skills.  
\- Proven ability to generate leads and bring in projects.  
\- Comfortable dealing with clients and handling sales negotiations.  
\- Able to read or prepare basic construction drawings.  
\- Experience with 3D rendering or visualisation is an advantage.
