## Description

**Alongside** partners with organizations to **drive digital transformation** and **build high-performing tech teams**. We are looking for an **Agile Product Owner** to be responsible for shaping and driving the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more enterprise-level software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders — to deliver high-impact features aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.

**Responsabilities:**

-   Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
-   Define clear, well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
-   Partner with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to achieve sprint objectives
-   Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product features
-   Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
-   Support transition and optimization initiatives, including timesheet systems (e.g., Seven Pace) and platform enablement efforts

## Requirements

-   At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
-   Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority
-   Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
-   Experience with SAFe framework is a plus
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
-   CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification is preferred
