## Description

## Requirements

-   10+ years in construction project management and team leadership
-   Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
-   Proven track record leading large industrial construction projects and teams
-   Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, cash flow, and profitability
-   Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
-   Experience guiding design-build projects, risk mitigation, and operational improvements
-   Ability to maintain and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes
