## Description

Talent 360 is hiring an experienced **Lead Quantity Surveyor** with **12+ years of experience** to lead Quantity Surveying activities and provide senior-level oversight across projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and commercial QS expertise, excellent stakeholder-management capabilities, and the ability to lead and guide a QS team.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the overall Quantity Surveying function across assigned projects.
-   Oversee quantity measurement, valuation, and QS deliverables.
-   Review and monitor project quantities, variations, and commercial documentation.
-   Provide senior-level input on cost and commercial matters.
-   Coordinate QS activities with project management, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
-   Review project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
-   Identify commercial risks and potential cost impacts.
-   Lead and mentor Quantity Surveyors and junior team members.
-   Ensure QS deliverables are completed accurately and within required timelines.
-   Coordinate with key project stakeholders on commercial and QS-related matters.

## Requirements

-   **12+ years of experience** in Quantity Surveying.
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**.
-   Knowledge of **FIDIC Contracts system**.
-   Proven ability to lead QS activities and teams.
-   Strong technical and commercial understanding of Quantity Surveying.
-   Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project requirements.
-   **MEP experience is highly valuable**, particularly for projects with significant MEP scope.

Location: New Cairo

Working model: On site – 6 days per week (from Saturday to Thursday)
