## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist team members with assigned tasks and projects
-   Conduct research, data entry, documentation, and reporting
-   Support administrative and operational activities
-   Participate in meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities
-   Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
-   Maintain records, files, and project documentation
-   Provide support in process improvement initiatives
-   Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors

### Technical Skills

-   Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
-   Familiarity with relevant tools or software applications
-   Basic understanding of data handling and reporting
-   Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
-   Research and analytical skills
-   Knowledge of project collaboration tools is an advantage
