## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Portuguese Speaking GenAI Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece! This role offers a paid relocation package, allowing you to experience life in an exciting Mediterranean city while playing a vital role in moderating AI-generated content. As a GenAI Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing AI-generated and user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and foster a safe online environment for Portuguese-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate AI-generated and user-generated content in Portuguese, ensuring compliance with community standards and policies.
-   Evaluate content accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to guidelines related to generative AI outputs.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback and insights to improve AI content moderation and community safety strategies.
-   Collaborate with team members to optimize moderation processes and tools.
-   Stay updated on company policies and developments related to generative AI and content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation, especially related to generative AI, is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to assess AI-generated content.
-   Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive or complex content professionally and thoughtfully.
-   Familiarity with AI technologies and content moderation tools is an advantage.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
