Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our E-Marketplace Platform Department in Greece! In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our online marketplace and resolve their inquiries. Your ability to communicate fluently in Italian will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the e-marketplace platform
-   Provide information regarding products, order tracking, and payment processes
-   Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our support system
-   Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve complex issues faced by customers
-   Gather customer feedback to improve service and platform functionality
-   Stay updated on platform features and industry trends to enhance customer interactions
-   Participate in training sessions to develop and refine customer support skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
-   Prior experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or retail
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-   A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
-   Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with e-marketplace platforms and customer support tools is a plus
