## Description

**Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Oklahoma

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a reliable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. You will concentrate on therapeutic work that supports healthier communication, emotional regulation, and long-term relational change.

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
-   Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
-   Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
-   Track progress through consistent documentation
-   Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
-   Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations

## Requirements

-   Active Oklahoma **Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)** license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
-   Confidence using telehealth technology
-   Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
