## Description

In this Senior BA role you will execute global compliance initiatives with precision and clarity. Ensuring timely, audience-specific communication and coordination across legal, product, engineering, and executive teams. This role is action-oriented, process-driven, and helps maintain trust by balancing urgency with business priorities.

This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst at either senior, or advanced intermediate level.

**What you’ll be doing**

-   Lead global product compliance projects from initiation to delivery
-   Apply critical thinking to ensure actions are necessary and proportionate
-   Communicate concisely and explicitly with varied stakeholders
-   Monitor the global compliance landscape to identify upcoming changes affecting us and our clients
-   Own and maintain the compliance roadmap (mapping laws to client impact) - with key dates, critical path and interdependencies
-   Proactively review new products and features for compliance impact and add to the roadmap where appropriate
-   Act as a product owner for some product compliance integrations
-   Create concise, neutral documents for review. Pairing key legal excerpts with interpretations for traceability and input from others
-   Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory timelines
-   Communicate timelines and priorities with an understanding of overall business priorities
-   Foster cross-functional respect and shared accountability
-   Achieve goals with the other Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers and Architects in particular to ensure alignment across legal, product, and engineering perspectives
-   Collaborate with regulatory bodies, regulation third parties and clients
-   Although not responsible for the same areas as the Risk and Compliance team, e.g. GDPR, collaborate with and draw on their work where relevant to avoid duplication
