**About the Role**

  

We are seeking enthusiastic people with degrees in Business, Finance, or Accounting to join our Insolvency teams. The roles offer hands‑on experience across core accounting and advisory services, with opportunities to gain exposure to:

  

-   Insolvency & restructuring engagements, including business turnaround and recovery work
-   Corporate Transactions, such as financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction support

  

You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners on real client work and be supported toward professional qualifications such as CA or CPA or CFA.

  

**Responsibilities**

  

-   Assist with the administration of formal insolvency appointments (e.g. liquidations, administrations, receiverships, bankruptcies)
-   Prepare statutory reports, correspondence, and filings with relevant regulatory bodies
-   Conduct investigations into company affairs, financial records, and potential recoveries
-   Liaise with directors, creditors, employees, financiers, lawyers, and government agencies
-   Assist in asset realisation, creditor distributions, and claims adjudication
-   Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
-   Support senior staff with stakeholder meetings, creditor communications, and court processes
-   Analyse financial information and prepare summaries and recommendations
-   Identify potential recovery actions and assist with litigation or enforcement matters

  

**Qualifications**

  

-   Business, Finance, or Accounting degree

  

**Required Skills**

  

-   Interest in advisory, insolvency or corporate finance
-   Studying towards or holding a professional qualification CA, CPA or CFA
-   Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
-   Confident communicator and team player
