## Description

As the Senior Manager - Strategy Oversight at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a vital role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of our ambitious projects. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to define and articulate the company's vision and objectives.
-   Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that milestones are met, and resources are effectively utilized.
-   Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
-   Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
-   Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
-   Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals.
-   Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs and expectations.
-   Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
-   A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects.
