### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Danish and English-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness products, services, and memberships.
-   Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
-   Stay updated on the company's fitness offerings and promotions to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
-   Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and standard office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
