## Description

Looking for a Director for an upcoming project with deep experience in the YouTube creator ecosystem. We're specifically seeking someone whose primary focus is creating long-form YouTube content (30+ mins), not a traditional commercials or branded content director who occasionally works on the platform.

The ideal candidate understands YouTube audiences, content performance and retention, has a proven track record of generating significant organic views, and has worked directly with established creators and online talent. Sports experience is a strong plus (football, combat sports, golf, etc.), as the project sits within the world of cricket. Please send through portfolios/ links containing any relevant work.
