**About the role**

Balance is building a new model for obesity care by combining medical expertise, technology, and personalized support.

We are looking for an **Operations & Strategy Intern** to support the team in **improving operational processes, analyzing performance data, and helping scale our care delivery systems.**

This internship offers exposure to real startup operations while working closely with product, medical, and leadership teams.

**What you'll work on**

-   Support the mapping and documentation of operational workflows across care delivery, product, and support teams
-   Assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
-   Help build and maintain KPI dashboards and operational tracking tools
-   Analyze operational and product data to support decision making
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes
