We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of critical business and technology initiatives across our organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading energy company and play a key role in driving programmes that support operational excellence, business transformation, and long-term growth.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives while balancing priorities, risks, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. As the Programme Manager, you will bring the experience and confidence to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and influence outcomes at all levels of the organisation.

This role requires a strong blend of programme leadership, business engagement, and broad IT knowledge, coupled with a solid understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.

**Key Responsibilities :**

-   Lead and manage a portfolio of business and IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
-   Drive programme governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and resource allocation.
-   Engage with senior business leaders, shareholders, and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
-   Work closely with technical and operational teams across applications, infrastructure, and networking disciplines.
-   Ensure programme delivery supports organisational objectives and business priorities.
-   Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and programme risks.
-   Foster collaboration across multiple departments and third-party partners.
-   Champion continuous improvement and best practice programme management methodologies.

## Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Programme Manager with a proven background delivering complex programmes within the Oil & Gas sector.

You will have:

-   Extensive Programme Management experience within Oil & Gas or Energy environments.
-   Experience managing large portfolios of projects and competing priorities.
-   Strong stakeholder and shareholder engagement experience, with the ability to influence at executive level.
-   Broad and well-rounded IT knowledge across:

-   Business Applications
-   Infrastructure
-   Networks

-   Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) principles and their importance within an operational environment.
-   Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people management skills.
-   Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
-   A track record of delivering successful business and technology change programmes.
