As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with expert assistance on a wide range of banking inquiries. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service and support will help strengthen client relationships and enhance their overall banking experience.

### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients of the online bank.
-   Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and resolving any banking-related issues promptly and accurately.
-   Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure client satisfaction.
-   Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous service improvements.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
-   Participate in training programs to stay well-informed about banking products, services, and compliance requirements.

## Requirements

-   A native level of fluency in Dutch and a B2 level of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
-   Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a banking environment.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or finance, is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens with full company support for a seamless transition.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced sector.
