## Description

Are you a high-level administrative professional who thrives on bringing order to chaos? MyOutDesk (MOD) is seeking a **Bilingual Executive Operations Partner** to join our team to work directly with a U.S.-based business owner.

In this role, you aren't just an "assistant"—you are a **Project Finisher** and a **Time Multiplier**. Your mission is to protect the executive’s focus by owning their inbox, managing complex schedules, and ensuring that strategic initiatives reach 100% completion. We are looking for someone with a polished executive presence and a track record of professional stability.

**Core Responsibilities**

-   **Executive Leverage & Triage:** Own the executive’s inbox and calendar. You will categorize communications, draft high-level responses, and prioritize meetings to ensure the executive is always focused on their most critical tasks.
-   **Stakeholder Liaison:** Serve as a polished representative of the company when communicating with U.S. clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide professional updates.
-   **Operations & Document Flow:** Prepare high-impact documents, reports, and contracts for signature. You will route items for approval and ensure all corporate files are meticulously saved and tracked.
-   **Project Tracking:** Monitor "open loops" regarding business initiatives in platforms like Trello, Teams, or Asana, following through with persistence until they are 100% completed.
-   **Systems Documentation:** Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training materials for recurring workflows using Loom and Microsoft 365 to ensure business continuity.
-   **Meeting & Travel Coordination:** Manage the logistics for high-priority meetings, including briefings, travel arrangements, and agenda preparation.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 3–5 years of verifiable experience in business support, administration, or bookkeeping roles.
-   **English Proficiency:** Clear, professional spoken and written English (C1-C2 level) for internal and vendor communication.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in Google Workspace and highly comfortable learning new AI tools for automation.
-   **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high transactional load independently.
-   **Schedule:** Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours.
