## Description

We are looking for a **Website Developer (Project-Based)** to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications across the entire stack. This role requires deep expertise in our core technologies—PHP with the Laravel framework for the back-end, Vue.js, React.js and modern JavaScript for the front-end, and deployment/infrastructure management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will be a true full-stack generalist, capable of handling everything from cloud infrastructure setup and database design to writing server-side logic and crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Experience working in the medical or clinic industry is a distinct advantage, as this role may involve developing and integrating features related to healthcare data, electronic medical records, or secure patient portals, requiring a strong emphasis on data privacy and security compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Full-Stack Development:** Lead the development of new features and maintain existing applications using PHP/Laravel for the backend and VueJS/JavaScript for the frontend.
-   **Cloud & DevOps:** Configure, deploy, and manage applications and services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, App Engine, Cloud Functions, GKE), including CI/CD pipeline management is optional but advantageous.
-   **Database Management:** Design, optimize, and manage database schemas (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) and write efficient SQL queries to ensure data integrity and application performance.
-   **API Development:** Build and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end, back-end, and external services.
-   **Front-End Expertise:** Can create high-quality, reusable, and responsive front-end components using Vue.js/React.js, HTML5, and CSS.
-   **Collaboration & Testing:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, users, other developers) and ensure code quality through rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
-   **Projects to handle:** SLEC Website Content Management, Clinic’s Admin Dashboard, Partners Clinic Referral Portal, Online Registration, Scheduling and Payment.

**Security & Compliance:** Apply security best practices, particularly regarding data privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance in a medical context), and optimize applications for speed and scalability

## Requirements

-   Backend: **PHP, Laravel Framework**
-   Frontend: **VueJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3**
-   Cloud: **Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CPanel**
-   Database: **MySql**
-   Experience Using:VSCode, Git, RESTful API design and testing, modern development workflows (Agile/Scrum) nice to have.
-   Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) 
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-   Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical terms.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Previous experience developing software solutions for the medical, clinic, or healthcare industry.
-   Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) are nice to have.
-   Experience with secure data handling and encryption practices in a cloud environment.
