### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and deliver detailed information about our products and services.
-   Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy to provide accurate and helpful information.
-   Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction.
-   Assist in mentoring new hires by sharing your customer service expertise and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written formats.
-   Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
-   Proficient in engaging effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
-   Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
