## Requirements

**💼 What You’ll Be Doing:**  
As an **Associate Recruitment Consultant**, you’ll work closely with clients and candidates while developing deep expertise in your specialist market. You will:

-   Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
-   Match top talent with the right opportunities
-   Identify new business and generate leads
-   Negotiate terms and close deals
-   Deliver outstanding service, every time
