## Description

RemoteVA PH is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Estimator who specializes in Light Fixtures and Controls to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction drawings, electrical plans, and lighting layouts. You will play a vital role in supporting our estimating department by preparing accurate takeoffs and assisting with bid preparation.

This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the construction and electrical estimating field.

  
Key Responsibilities:

\-Review and interpret construction drawings, including reflective ceiling, electrical, and lighting plans.

\-Perform quantity takeoffs for light fixtures, controls, and related electrical components.

\-Support the estimating team by preparing bid documentation and cost summaries.

\-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

\-Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project alignment.

\-Maintain organized estimate records and ensure timely delivery of estimates.

## Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

\-High-level knowledge of construction drawings and plan interpretation.

\-Proven takeoff experience using electrical, lighting, or ceiling plans.

\-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook required).

\-Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

\-Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

\-Experience using Togal.AI is a plus (training may be provided)

🕒 **Schedule:** Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (8-hour shift)
