## Description

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.

That owner is this role.

You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.

### What you'll do

Orchestration — own how communication gets made and shipped

- Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
- Run launches end to end - both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan — CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR — then drive it to delivery.
- Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
- Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
- Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
- Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
- Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.

Message — own what we say and how it sounds

- Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
- Turn technical and financial mechanics — mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields, VIP tiers — into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
- Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
- Maintain the shared toolkit — messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates — so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
- Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
- Work within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, together with legal and compliance, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
- Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what's worth noting.

What success looks like

First 1 month — the calendar exists and is trusted; every product's messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.

First 3 months — launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation.

## Requirements

- 4+ years in marketing communications, product marketing, integrated campaigns or brand communications — in-house at a fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn't.
- Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You'll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
- Genuine project management ability — prioritisation, dependency tracking, working to deadlines and budget across teams you don't manage.
- The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
- Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
- Data literacy — you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
- Experience coordinating external agencies or creative studios.

### Would be a plus

- Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
- Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
- Experience building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
- Additional languages.

## Benefits

- Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
- Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
- Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days +  8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
- Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
- Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
