## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Digital Trust and Safety Agent fluent in French to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. In this position, you will ensure the safety and integrity of digital platforms by monitoring content and user behaviors and enforcing community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content for compliance with safety policies and community standards.
-   Conduct thorough investigations of reported issues and determine suitable actions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and maintain robust safety protocols.
-   Produce comprehensive reports outlining safety issues and trends to support strategic decisions.
-   Stay updated on emerging risks and industry best practices to proactively address potential threats.
-   Engage with users to foster a culture of safety and compliance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficient English skills are an asset.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical abilities with sound judgment for handling complex safety situations.
-   Excellent communication skills for collaboration and user interaction.
-   Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards safety management.
-   Knowledge of digital content management systems and safety tools.
-   Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
