**What We Need From You:**

-   Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixtures.
-   Repair and maintain building structures, equipment, and appliances.
-   Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
-   Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.
-   Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
-   Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is required.
-   Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
-   Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
-   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
-   Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
