## Description

**Salary: R25 000 – R29 000 per month**

**Role overview**

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Credit Control Specialist to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll bring cash in the door while keeping customer relationships intact. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Chase overdue invoices by phone and email, firmly and politely
-   Manage the debtor ledger and aged debt reporting
-   Agree payment plans and escalate where needed
-   Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes
-   Support cash flow forecasting with accurate collection data

**What you'll need**

-   Proven credit control or collections experience
-   Confidence handling payment conversations over the phone
-   Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
-   Clear written and spoken English
-   A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
