This role comes with paid relocation support, making your transition smooth and hassle-free. ### Your Role

As a Portuguese Speaking Support Specialist, your main focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions across various communication channels. Your expertise will contribute to a positive customer journey and reinforce our reputation for outstanding service.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve issues related to products or services efficiently and accurately.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolution.
-   Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure thorough issue resolution.
-   Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and updates to provide accurate information.
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and service quality.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
-   Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a diverse team environment.
-   Readiness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance provided.
