## Requirements

We are seeking an exceptional **Senior Project Manager** with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
-   Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
-   Establish and maintain:

-   Program governance
-   Executive reporting frameworks
-   Risk registers
-   RAID logs
-   Executive dashboards

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for:

-   Executive stakeholders
-   Steering committees
-   C-level executives

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with:

-   Government entities
-   Enterprise clients
-   Strategic partners
-   Internal leadership teams

-   Coordinate cross-functional teams, including:

-   UX
-   CX
-   Product Management
-   Technology
-   Data
-   AI
-   PMO
-   External vendors

-   Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges.
-   Manage:

-   Project planning
-   Resource allocation
-   Budgeting
-   Forecasting
-   Financial performance

-   Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.
-   Facilitate:

-   Executive workshops
-   Strategic planning sessions
-   Decision-making meetings

-   Mentor project managers and delivery teams.
-   Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency.

### **Required Qualifications**

-   Minimum **10 years** of Project Management experience.
-   At least **5 years** leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.
-   Previous experience with a **Big 4 consulting firm** (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization (**highly preferred**).
-   Bachelor's degree in:

-   Business
-   Engineering
-   Information Technology
-   Computer Science
-   Related field

-   Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) (**preferred**).
-   **PMP Certification (Mandatory).**
-   Additional certifications are highly desirable:

-   PRINCE2
-   Agile
-   Scrum
-   SAFe
-   PMI-ACP

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Proven experience delivering mega projects valued in the **multi-million SAR** range.
-   Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
-   Strong commercial and financial management skills, including:

-   Budgeting
-   Forecasting
-   Contract management

-   Excellent leadership and people management skills.
-   Strong program planning, governance, and dependency management capabilities.
-   Deep understanding of:

-   Agile
-   Waterfall
-   Hybrid delivery methodologies

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under pressure.
-   Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
