## Description

**iKnowHow S.A**. is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated **Senior Data Engineer** to work in new challenging outsourced projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong data engineering expertise with solid .NET development skills, contributing to the design and implementation of robust, scalable data-driven applications.

**Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using SQL Server and SSIS
-   Build and optimize ETL processes, stored procedures, queries, views, and database objects
-   Ensure smooth data integration between internal systems, external platforms, and applications
-   Support and improve database performance, reliability, and data quality
-   Write, maintain, and enhance .NET / C# code to support data-related applications, services, and integrations
-   Troubleshoot data issues, system integrations, and performance bottlenecks
-   Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
-   Maintain documentation for data processes, integrations, and database changes
-   Contribute to technical improvements, best practices, and code reviews

## Requirements

-   A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
-   At least 5 years experience in roles such as Data Engineer, SQL Developer, BI Developer, or equivalent positions
-   Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft SQL Server
-   Practical experience with SSIS and the development of ETL processes
-   Proficient skills in T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, views, indexing, and performance optimization
-   A solid understanding of .NET / C# frameworks and their interaction with database systems
-   Experience in managing data integrations, APIs, file-based imports/exports, and scheduled task automation
-   A thorough grasp of relational database design and data modeling principles
-   Strong analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail
-   Effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with both technical personnel and business stakeholders
