## Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to support a UK-based employer in their sales department, providing a South African professional with the opportunity to drive growth and manage sales in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for a charismatic and polished individual who can communicate confidently and eloquently with clients. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting products and services to existing and potential customers.

## Requirements

-   Drive growth and manage sales to achieve targets and maintain a high conversion rate
-   Engage with potential customers, providing information about services and following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
-   Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book appointments and generate commission
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness
-   Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and refine marketing strategies based on customer responses and feedback
-   Call existing customers to offer additional services and identify new sales opportunities
-   Build rapport with clients and demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services
-   Refine sales approach based on rejections and objections during calls to continuously improve performance
-   Relevant years' experience in sales, preferably in a telemarketing or sales role
-   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-   Excellent organisational and time-management skills
-   Confidence using tools such as CRM software
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-   High attention to detail and a proactive approach
-   Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
-   Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

## Benefits

Salary: R28 000 per month plus great commission.
