## Description

Apt Resources is excited to offer a Pool Attendant position at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide impeccable poolside service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and safe experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the pool area.

### Responsibilities

-   Warmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities
-   Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies
-   Provide prompt and courteous service, responding to guest requests efficiently
-   Manage the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, including furniture and surroundings
-   Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any pool-related issues
-   Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelines
-   Support the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience at all times

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role at a luxury hotel or resort
-   Exceptional customer service and communication skills
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
-   Familiarity with luxury service standards and protocols
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
-   High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus
-   Must be currently in UAE
