### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
-   Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, fostering a positive relationship.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
-   Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and efficiency.
-   Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
-   Engage in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
-   Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
