### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online payment solutions.
-   Swiftly resolve client issues involved in payment processing.
-   Deliver training and support to clients on effectively using our payment platforms.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to address more complex client concerns.
-   Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in payment technologies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Experience in customer support, especially in the payments or fintech sectors, is advantageous.
-   Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Understanding of online payment systems and related technologies is preferred.
-   A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment.
-   Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece, embracing the local culture.
