**You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion.**

-   **General Construction site labor and unit cleanup**
-   **Landfill Clean Up**
-   **Detailed interior cleaning**
-   **Painting**
-   **Drywall patching and texture**
-   **Traffic control/Flagging**

**To be successful in this position, you must work well as part of a team and individually, enjoy working indoors/outdoors, maintain quality production at a fast pace and be able to meet the physical demands of the positionGeneral Responsibilities based on specific roles may include:**

-   Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
-   Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
-   Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
-   Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
-   Following all health and safety regulations.
