## Description

**O’Hagan Meyer** is seeking a **Labor & Employment Associate** with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our **Woodland Hills, CA** office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide range of litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. This associate will join a diverse practice group that focuses on employment law issues, including single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour matters, PAGA claims and class action work, as well as commercial litigation and privacy litigation.

## Requirements

-   Labor and employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome. Wage & hour and PAGA experience is also a plus.
-   Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
-   The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters (commensurate with level of experience), and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
-   Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

**Salary Range:** $170,000 to $215,000
