## Description

We partner with international US clients and integrate our staff members directly within our clients' operations. We focus on long-term placements where you contribute directly to the client's success.

We are placing a **Recruiter** on behalf of a fast-growing US-based travel therapy staffing company. Our client places licensed healthcare clinicians, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses, into 13-week travel contracts across the United States.

With over 300 open positions and a rapidly expanding client base, the business is growing faster than its current team can handle. They need a proactive, energetic recruiter who can hit the ground running, building a candidate pipeline, engaging clinicians across social platforms, and helping to grow the company's brand presence online.

This is a high-energy, results-driven role with direct mentorship from a senior recruiter. If you're a **natural hunter** who loves talking to people, gets a buzz from placing candidates, and knows your way around a LinkedIn post and a Facebook Group — this role was made for you!

**PLEASE NOTE:**

-   **Working Hours: Mon to Fri from 14:30pm – 23:30pm SA time** (S_ubject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company_). **Candidates will also be required to work alternating weekends on a rotational basis with 3 other recruiters. When scheduled to work a weekend, you will receive days off during the week in lieu of the weekend worked.**
-   You will be required to **work** on both South African and U.S. **public holidays** (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
-   **Internet Requirements:** A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of **25 Mbps (upload & download)** and the ability to support a **wired Ethernet connection** is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
-   **Power Backup:** A **reliable power backup solution** is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
-   **Work Environment:** This is a **fully remote** working role.
-   This role **DOES offer commission plus basic salary.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   **Candidate Sourcing (Head Hunting)**

-   Proactively source Clinicians through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups
-   Engage candidates before they apply through outreach, messaging, and calls
-   Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline of qualified candidates
-   Act quickly on inbound leads (especially platform-generated interest)

-   **Inbound Candidate Management**

-   Respond rapidly to applicants and convert interest into active candidates
-   Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability, and preferences
-   Build rapport and position opportunities effectively

-   **Candidate Submission & Placement**

-   Prepare and submit candidate profiles for open roles
-   Ensure accuracy of credentials, availability, and job fit
-   Align candidates with suitable contract opportunities

-   **Pipeline & Relationship Management**

-   Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
-   Keep unplaced candidates warm for future opportunities
-   Provide regular updates and follow-ups without being prompted

-   **Rate Negotiation & Market Feedback**

-   Handle compensation discussions professionally and realistically
-   Provide insights on market rates, competitor activity, and candidate expectations

-   **Social Media & Brand Building**

-   Create and post job content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

-   Engage in relevant online communities to attract Clinicians
-   Build brand visibility and generate inbound interest through consistent posting

## Requirements

**Industry Experience (Required):**

-   Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
-   Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads
-   Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments

**Advantageous:**

-   U.S. healthcare or travel staffing recruitment experience
-   Experience using sourcing platforms and CRM/ATS systems
