In this role, you will engage with Norwegian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and expert advice throughout their digital shopping experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving successful online interactions.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Assist Norwegian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and delivering expert guidance on the digital store's offerings.
-   Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the products and services to meet customer requirements effectively.
-   Conduct informative training for customers on navigating and utilizing digital store platforms.
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design strategies that enhance customer engagement.
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback to explore opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
-   Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide insightful recommendations.
-   Quickly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail field.
-   Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
-   Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
