## Description

America’s Got Soccer is South Florida’s premier indoor soccer facility, offering a variety of events and programs for all ages. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized **Birthday Party Host** to create memorable celebrations, manage bookings, and enhance event experiences for our guests. There are part-time and full-time opportunities available.

## Requirements

-   Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
-   Sales-oriented, with experience in upselling and lead management
-   Previous experience in event hosting, sales, or hospitality is a plus
-   Availability on weekends
-   Ability to multitask and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment  
    

**Responsibilities:**

-   Sales & Booking: Manage the birthday party sales process, including:
-   Contacting and following up with prospective clients from lead lists
-   Assisting customers in selecting packages and securing bookings
-   Preparing and finalizing birthday party agreements
-   Upselling additional packages and add-ons to create a personalized experience
-   Event Coordination: Deliver high-quality events by:
-   Greeting guests and ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish
-   Assisting with decorations, setup, and ensuring the party area aligns with the theme
-   Serving drinks responsibly to adult guests, following facility guidelines
-   Helping with cake cutting, serving, and party cleanup
-   Organizing and facilitating games or activities as part of the celebration
